We are just two friends that have a love for coffee. It all started in Baghdad on a slow, cool morning in 2018. We opened a fresh pack of single origin coffee and if I remember correctly it was a Sumatra micro lot. We ground it up and put it through the Aeropress and then sat there looking across the military apron. Jet noise, helicopters and the smell of fresh coffee. In that moment very few things could be better.
